We are sorry to hear that you have a defective product. We would like to help you further. Before we get started, we would like to ask you to take a look at the warranty conditions:

  • 1. Misuse or negligent maintenance.
  • 2. Deliberate or negligent damage.
  • 3. Damage caused by accident, snow, fall and/or impact damage.
  • 4. Damage due to failure to comply with washing instructions.
  • 5. Normal wear and tear due to use.
  • 6. Stains caused by use.
  • 7. Seams that are properly stitched but have loose ends.
  • 8. Discolouration and/or damage to the material and/or product caused by exposure to (sun)light and/or heat sources.
  • 9. Damage caused by weather conditions.
  • 10. If you make adjustments to the product (personalisation, logo, printing, etc.), all guarantees will be voided.


I have received a faulty item, what should I do?

We are very sorry if you have received a faulty item. We do everything we can to deliver products in perfect condition. Nevertheless, if an item is not in a good condition upon receipt, we kindly ask you to return it within the return period of 14 days.

Please send the faulty item back to us, following our return instructions. Don’t forget to provide the reason of your return on the return form and put it back in the box together with the item. As soon as your return has been checked and processed by us, the amount for the item will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received the return form, you can print out your order confirmation which you received in your mailbox. Write down which item you are returning and add the reason of return. Put it back in the box together with the item.

Unfortunately, we are not able to send replacements for faulty items. Therefore, the easiest and fastest solution is to re-order the item yourself. This way you are assured that it is still available and that it will be delivered as quickly as possible.

Damaged or defective items

We are sorry if an item you have bought turns out to be broken, damaged or not as described. If the fault appears within the first 12 months after purchase, please contact our customer service as soon as you discover the defect. Send us an e-mail and provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue and a photo of the product which clearly shows its deficiencies.
