Please note that there are a few countries we are currently unable to ship to. We apologize if your country is not listed in the menu. Additionally, there are specific items, such as ski helmets for the US, that have different safety standards, making shipping there not possible. If an item cannot be shipped to your country, a message will appear on your screen during the checkout. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

We are doing our best to ship your order as soon as possible. However, due to the amount of work in the warehouse and courier companies, as well as road conditions in the winter, it may happen that the shipment or delivery of your order will take a little longer. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking link.
Despite receiving the tracking link, it may appear as if the package has not been shipped yet. This is because the carrier still needs to process the package. Only after the initial scan at the sorting center will updates become visible in the Track & Trace status.
If you can’t find the e-mail with the tracking link, please check your SPAM folder.
We put in every effort to ensure that your package is delivered correctly. However, there might be instances where your package is not delivered or to the wrong address. If this occurs, we kindly ask you to get in touch with our customer service right away. Our dedicated team will promptly liaise with the transportation company to find an appropriate solution.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the track & trace code for your package! From the moment your package reaches the carrier's sorting center, it will be enchanted with its first scan.
If after 48 hours the status still reads "Package has not yet been received or processed by the carrier," don't worry. During busy times, such as Black Friday and the festive month of December, it's possible that your package might experience a slight delay, such as in a sorting center. Just keep an eye on the tracking!
For islands, an additional fee applies. Please be aware that these surcharges, including the island fee, will not be reimbursed upon the return of your order.
If you're not at home, the delivery person will leave the package with your neighbors or at a nearby pick-up point. You can always check this using the track & trace code.
Certainly! We are excited to announce that we have resumed shipping to the United Kingdom.
Kindly note that additional import charges may be applied to the package upon its arrival. All these import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
At SkiWebShop, no VAT is charged for orders with a delivery address outside the European Union. However, you may need to pay import duties for the ordered products, determined by the local customs. Please note that SkiWebShop has no control over these charges and therefore cannot take responsibility or assist in the import process.
For return shipments, all customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: SkiWebShop does not offer VAT refund services to customers who order to an address within the EU and then export their purchase to a country outside the EU.
Due to ongoing congestion at warehouses and carriers, there is a possibility that your package may experience delays. Especially around Black Friday and throughout December, we anticipate significant congestion both internally and with carriers. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order in a timely manner.
