Which countries do you deliver to?

For SkiWebShop no country is too far. You can choose standard shipment or express delivery. You will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code so you can track your package.

Having your order delivered to your vacation address is also possible at SkiWebShop! If you want to order a ski jacket last minute or your equipment breaks down on winter vacation, you can have your ski equipment delivered to your destination! 

Please note: there are some international countries that we cannot ship to for a number of reasons, including international restrictions, multiple complaints that orders did not arrive via the standard shipping method or consistent problems with order processing. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at the moment.

There are also items we cannot ship to some countries. For example, we do not ship ski helmets to USA. For USA, other safety standards apply than for Europe which our ski helmets do not have or which are different from the American ones.
If an item cannot be shipped to your country, a message will appear on your screen during the checkout. We are sorry for this inconvenience. 

NOTE: Due to some new restrictions and shipping issues, we have temporarily suspended processing orders to UK. At the moment we are not able to indicate the time or date of restarting our services to the United Kingdom. 
The only way to be able to still order your products is by asking a friend or family in the EU to deliver it to their address.

What is the expected delivery time of my order?

SkiWebShop works with various shipping companies. Depending on the shipping method, different pick-up and delivery times apply. You can find more information about shipping time in the question above:

You can also find the expected delivery time at the checkout page while placing the order.

We do our best to prepare your package for shipment within 24 hours. As soon as your package has been provided with a tracking number, we will send it to you. The tracking number will give you an estimated time of delivery.  

 

Can I track my order?

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available in the given link. 

It often happens that you have already received a tracking link, but your package does not seem to have been sent, yet. However, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

If you can’t find the e-mail with the tracking link, please check your SPAM folder. You can also contact our customer service. Send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will check it for you. 

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

If you would like to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will then check if we can still make any changes to the address. However, please note that since orders are processed very quickly, it may not be possible to change your address anymore.
In this case, you can change the delivery address for the package when it is on its way. Track your shipment. You can try to change the delivery address by contacting the shipping company in your country. Also check if you can redirect the package via the courier's website.

My package is wrongly delivered. Help!

We are very sorry to hear that your package is not delivered where it should be. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] so we can figure out what went wrong with the delivery. We may have to start an investigation at the delivery company. 

What is the island surcharge?

For delivery addresses on islands we charge an additional shipping cost of €28,50. In the case of return the island surcharge will not be refunded.

Shipping to the UK

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the UK due to current circumstances. At the moment we are not able to indicate the time or date we will be able to ship to the UK again.
The only way to be able to still order your products is by asking a friend or family in the EU to deliver it to their address.
