Can I apply multiple discount codes in one order?

It is not possible to use multiple discount codes in one order. We recommend that you choose the discount code that gives you the highest discount.

How can I use my discount code?

Use your discount code to save money on your shopping. You can enter the code during the checkout process. Go to ‘payment’, scroll down and enter or copy/paste your discount code in the discount code field. Click or tap ‘Apply’. The discount will then be calculated immediately.

If the discount code does not work, keep the following in mind:

- Have you used the code before? Most codes can be redeemed once.
- Please check the conditions for the discount code, for example a minimum order amount or the dates for which the code is valid.
- Is there a space or period after the code? Then remove it.
- The discount codes are case sensitive.
- The discount code will be activated after you have clicked or tapped 'Apply'.

I have signed up for your newsletter but I haven’t received my welcome discount code?

Once you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive an email with a discount code for €5 off your next order within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, this email may occasionally land in your spam folder, so please check there as well. If you still haven't received the email after an hour, please contact our customer service so that we can assist you further.


My discount code doesn’t work, what can I do?

That's unfortunate! Here are some possible reasons:

The discount code is invalid. Only SkiWebShop discount codes (communicated through email or our website) are valid. Codes from other websites unfortunately won't work.

The discount code is entered incorrectly. Pay attention to spaces and punctuation to enter the code correctly. Capitalization also matters.

The code has already been used. Some codes are for one-time use only. If you entered a code but didn't complete the order, the code might already be registered. Contact customer service to reinstate the code, before or after placing a new order.

You don't meet the requirements. Some codes have specific conditions, like a minimum order amount or validity period. If you don't meet these conditions, the code won't work.

Remember to press 'Apply' to activate the code.

Where can I enter my discount code?

If you have received a discount code, you can take advantage of it during the ordering process. Enter the code at checkout, and the discount will be applied immediately.


I want a different size/color, but the promotion has already ended. What now?

Unfortunately, you can no longer avail of a discount once the promotion has ended. During the discount period, please double-check the size you need to avoid the need to reorder after the promotion has concluded. Our size charts can assist you with this. If you are unsure about sizes or colors, it's advisable to order multiple items so that you purchase them within the promotional period at least!

My discount code is no longer applied after my return, why not?

Certain discount codes have specific conditions, such as a minimum order amount. If, after returning products, you no longer meet these conditions, the discount will no longer be applied to your order. 

Therefore, be sure to check the terms of the code also when returning the order.
