How can I pay for my order?

Depending on your country, we have many payment methods available.

Credit cards

Credit cards can be used as payment method in all countries. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express credit cards through 2-step authorization. You will need to provide the CVV/CVC number - a security code that you can find on the back side of your credit card. Secondly, according to EU rules, we are required to use 3D Secure. In case that you are not familiar with 3D Secure, we advise you to contact your bank. They serve your 3D Secure and can assist you in the further payment process. Please double check if all entered information is correct.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is Apple's international payment method. More and more Apple users are experiencing the convenience of paying their purchases faster and easier. When you use Apple devices such as an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac, you can make online payments with your Apple Wallet. Apple Pay makes it possible to link your debit or credit card to your Apple Wallet. When making payments, the face or finger scanner (Face ID or Touch ID) verifies whether the correct person is trying to pay. Touch ID is used for online payments on the Mac, in case the Mac does not support Touch ID, an iPhone or Apple Watch is needed to confirm the payment.

Google Pay

Google Pay is an extremely secure, fast and easy payment method. With the Google Pay app you pay for your online purchases with an Android smartphone. You can add various credit and debit cards to your wallet for encrypted payments, which are authorized by means of biometric data. You select Google Pay in checkout and complete the payment via your Android device with biometrics.

Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer is available for customers from the following countries: Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Finland, Portugal, Ireland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia and Luxembourg. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer you will receive an email from our payment service provider MultiSafepay with transfer details. Transfer the amount due to the provided IBAN number and add the reference number in the payment description. It is very important that you use the reference number, so that we can match the payment to your order. Please note that it may take 1 to 3 business days to process a bank transfer. Your order will be confirmed by email and treated as soon as we receive your payment. Therefore, it is possible that your products may no longer be available!


Trustly is available for customers from Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway. It is an easy and comfortable way for online payments. You will be able to login to your bank account and accept already prepared transaction.


PayPal is available for most customers from countries that belong to the European Union. You need a PayPal account to pay with this method. If you do not have one, you can easily create it while paying. It is a very easy and convenient online payment method that you can connect with your debit or credit card.


Postepay are Visa and MasterCard branded cards managed by Poste Italiane. It is a prepaid card, very popular in Italy. Postepay cards only need to be registered online and can be used without a bank account. You can choose Visa or MasterCard as your payment method at checkout, enter your card details and click on the confirm button. Payment is quick and easy, similar to credit card payments.

Cartes Bancaires (Carte Bleue)

Cartes Bancaires is a very popular payment method in France. It is a Visa debit card, which allows fast and secure payments. The payment process is very similar to credit card payments. To pay with Cartes Bancaires, choose Visa at checkout. You will be taken to a payment screen where you can add your card details and confirm payment.

Can I also pay after the delivery?

It is not possible with us to pay after the delivery. The order can only be processed when the payment is successful. You can choose to pay by credit card. The amount will then be debited at a later time.

I’m having a problem with payment for my order.

There are several reasons your payment might fail:

1. You used the wrong (credit) card (for example a debit card instead of a credit card). We accept only the credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

2. You filled in your credit card data incorrectly. Make sure you enter the correct details and try making the payment again or try a different payment method.

3. Your payment was declined by your card issuer. Please contact them to get more information.

4. You haven't used 3D Secure. According to EU rules, we are required to use 3D Secure as an extra authorization. 3D Secure is an extra step in the payment process where the cardholder enters a number/code that has been sent to his/her mobile phone during the payment process for extra verification. In order to sign up your credit card for 3D Secure, please contact your bank or credit card issuer directly or check their website for further instructions.

5. Problems with your internet browser. Try to place a new order using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer), a different payment method and/or a different device (for example computer, laptop or smartphone).

If none of our suggestions help, please contact our Customer Service and provide us with as many details as possible about your problem, mail us a photo/screenshot of any error messages you see and we will try to help you.

Can I order VAT-free outside the EU?

SkiWebShop charges no VAT on orders dispatched to an address outside the European Union. However, you may be required to pay local customs duties and other import charges when the goods enter your country. These local charges differ from country to country and SkiWebShop has no influence upon them. These charges are at recipients’ responsibility and SkiWebShop cannot offer any assistance in this matter.

In case of return, all the customs charges still remain at the customer's expense.

SkiWebShop does not provide the service of VAT refund to the customers, who order to an address within EU and then export their purchase to a country outside the EU. 

Please note that if your delivery address is outside the European Union, then in case of return we are not able to refund any of the original shipping costs.

Are my online transactions on your website secure?

Payments at SkiWebShop are operated by PayPal or MultiSafePay (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay), which guarantee payment security by using the SSL encryption system. SSL protects online transactions and ensures that confidential and sensitive information, such as credit card information, user login or other personal data, is not stolen by malicious users over the internet.

Since we are a company from within the EU, we are required to ask for 3D Secure during payment. This is an extra security that leads to a strong customer authentication.


Can I complete my payment later?

If you do not complete the payment directly, you will receive an email with a payment link. The link is active for a limited amount of time. When the link expires, your order will be cancelled automatically. If you want to be sure of your purchase, finish the payment at the moment of placing the order.
