Our return policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it within 14 days after delivery.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange a product for you. Instead, you can return the items and place a new order.
  • Please make sure that the products are unused and unwashed with the original labels and packaging.
  • We are happy to refund you within 7 days after we have received your items. When your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
  • Are you from the European Union? In this case, if you return the entire order, we will also refund you the original standard shipping costs. We cannot refund express shipping costs or the island surcharge.
  • If you return your order from outside of the European Union, we will not be able to refund your original shipping costs.
  • Please keep in mind that certain conditions may apply to some discount codes, such as a minimum order amount. If, after returning the products, you no longer meet these conditions, the discount will be removed from your order.

Please note: If an item or order does not meet our return policy, unfortunately, we cannot process it or offer a refund.

1. Pack the items with all labels attached in their original packaging. Use a solid box.
Original ski helmets or thermal wear boxes cannot be used as return boxes.

3. Attach the return label you have created to the box. Remove any other labels.

4. Take your package to the chosen delivery point of the parcel service and submit it there.

5. For non-EU customers: print the correct documentation in our return-portal and add it to the front of the box.

Is it possible to exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an immediate exchange. Don't worry! If you're not completely satisfied with your current item, you can return it within 14 days and then place a new order for the correct size or a different product.

Is my return package already arrived with you?

When you submit the return package, you will receive a shipping receipt. This receipt contains a track & trace code that allows you to trace the package through the carrier's website. In some cases, you may receive this code via email. Using the track & trace, you can see when the returned package has arrived at our warehouse.

You can also take a photo of your return label before submitting the package. It contains the barcode and the postal code of our warehouse, which you can use to track the package.

Will I also get a refund for my shipping costs for delivery?

When returning your order in its entirety, you will receive a refund for the shipping costs of sending it. So you only pay return costs.

For a partial return, you will only receive a refund for the amount of the returned items, and not for the shipping costs.

Additional shipping costs, such as evening delivery, express shipping, or island surcharges, will not be refunded after returning your order.

Please note: Shipping costs outside the EU will not be refunded.

Can I return items from multiple orders in one box?

Absolutely! All items can be placed in one box. However, it is crucial that the products are all registered in our online return portal. Only one return label needs to be attached to the box, so there is no need to purchase two labels

Can I return sale items?

Of course, you can also return our sale products within 14 days of receiving them.

When will I be refunded?

You will always receive your money as soon as possible. We aim to refund the amount within 7 days after safely receiving the return package in our warehouse, back to your account.

If the refund hasn't arrived after 7 days, not even in your spam folder, please don't hesitate to send an email to our customer service. Include your name and order number so we can assist you promptly!

My discount code is no longer applied after my return, why not?

Certain discount codes have specific conditions, such as a minimum order amount. If, after returning products, you no longer meet these conditions, the discount will no longer be applied to your order. 

Therefore, be sure to check the terms of the code also when returning the order.
