Desciption
This men down jacket of the spring collection by Peak Performance functions as an excellent mid-layer during outdoor activities such as hiking. The jacket can also be worn throughout high intensity outdoor sports such as running, boot camps or skating. It is recommended to always wear a thermo shirt undearneath or another type of breathable shirt (polyester, not cotton). On the cold and wet days and a softshell jacket or vest over it. By wearing breathable layers keeps your body at the right temperature during exercise. The breathability if these technical materials ensure the absorbsion of transpiration so you maintain the heath you generate with movement. This jacket can also be worn as an outer layer on warm spring and mild summer days.
The jacket has a down filling (90% duck - 10% feathers) which gives you extra warmth and helps you to maintain your generated body heat. The jacket is thin and light and therefore easy to fold and put in your backpack. The jacket is water repellent and wind repellent. It also has a small pocket where you can easily store an ipod or phone. The bottom of the jacket is adjustable so it fits perfectly to your body. The sleeves have a Velcro design which are adjustable in size.
