1. Exchanges

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly exchange the product. If the ordered product turns out to be too small/big, you can return it within 14 days and place a new order for the desired size.

2. Returns

You can return not used products within 14 days from the delivery day. We charge a small fee for the returns (see section 4). Please read the instructions below.

STEP 1: Prepare the products you would like to return

      • Fill in the Return Form that you received in your order, please provide the reason of your return and put it back into the box. If you didn't receive the Return Form, please contact our Customer Service.
      • Pack the items safely with all the labels attached, undamaged and in the original packaging.
        Use a solid box. The original boxes for helmets or skates cannot be used as return boxes. Please put them in an extra box.

STEP 2: Stick the return label on the box or send the package on your own

  • a. In section 4. you can find a list of the countries for which the return label is attached in the package. Customers from the UK can send a request for their return label.
    Other countries need to return the order by their own carrier to the return address provided in
    section 6.
  • b. If you would like to return your order from the UK, then please use the form below. Fill in your order number and email address that you used when placing the order.
  • c. Click ‘Send’ and we will receive your request. Within 1 workday you will receive an email from DPD with your return label (check also SPAM box).
  • d. Stick the Return Label on the top of the shipping label making sure that the part with the barcode is not pasted on the box closure (the barcode needs to be scanned by the carrier).

STEP 3: Hand your return parcel over to the shipping service indicated on your return label

      • Make sure you send your parcel via the right shipping service. Check your courier on your return label or in section 4. You can find the nearest parcel shop on the website of your shipping company.
      • Make sure you always receive the proof of shipment and remember to keep it safe. You are responsible for your parcel. SkiWebShop cannot take the responsibility for lost packages. As soon as we receive and process your parcel, you will receive an email.

3. Track your return parcel

On the proof of shipment you can find the tracking number. With this number you can easily follow your parcel on its way to us. Go to the website of your postal service to track your return parcel. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will send you an email.
Keep the proof of shipment safely. You are responsible for your parcel SkiWebShop cannot take the responsibility for lost packages.

4. Return service

Please check your carrier in the list below. Other countries need to return the goods by their own shipping company.

5. Refund orders

If you return the entire order, we will refund the entire amount including the standard shipping costs (we do not refund the express delivery costs). We charge a small fee for the returns, that will be automatically deducted from the refund amount (see section 4). We will refund the money to the bank account that you used to pay for your order. You will also receive an email.
Please note that the processing time of your return can take 7 workdays after receiving the package. During the winter season it can take a little longer.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 10 workdays after the package reached our warehouse (check also your spam box), please contact our Customer Service.

6. Return address

It is also possible to return your items via a different postal service than the one indicated on the return label. Create your own return label and send the package to the address mentioned below. The shipping costs are at your own expense.
Keep the proof of shipment safe. You are responsible for your parcel. SkiWebShop cannot take the responsibility for lost packages.

7. Returning a defective product

We do our best to deliver undamaged products in their original state. If you received a defective item, please inform our Customer Service about it via the contact form.
Describe the defect and if it is possible please attach the photos. We will contact you within 2 working days to discuss a solution to the problem and further procedure.

8. Returning skis

If you would like to return the skis, please first contact our Customer Service via the contact form. Describe the reason of your return and if it is possible attach a photo.
We will contact you within 2 working days to discuss further procedure.
