Returns & Exchanges

 

1. Exchange and Returns

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days from the delivery day.
If you would like to exchange a product, you need to place a new order at our webshop and send back the product you would like to exchange. It is the easiest and fastest way to exchange a product and you can be sure that the desired product will be still available.
To return a product, please follow the instructions in the section number 2: How can I return my order?
We charge a small fee for the return costs - see more information under the point number 4.

2. How can I return my order?

You always have the right to return your order within 14 days from the delivery day. Please read the instructions below.

  • STEP 1: Prepare the products you would like to return

    • Fill in the return form that you get with your order, please provide the reason of your return and send it to us.
    • Pack the items safely with all the labels attached, undamaged and in the original packaging.
    • Use a solid box. The original boxes for helmets or skates cannot be used as return boxes. Please put them in an extra box.
    • Print your personal return label. Follow the instructions below.
    • Stick the return label on the outside of your package. Make sure all the other labels are removed so your package can be sent to the right address.
  • STEP 2: Print your personal return label

    • a. Fill in your order number and your email address; the email address will be used for verification, therefore you need to fill in the same address as the one you used when placing the order.
    • b. Two buttons are going to appear: 'download return label' and 'download instructions'. Choose 'download return label' - you are going to download the return label.
    • c. Print your personal return label and attach it on the outside of the package. Note: It is possible to print the return label only once per order.
  • STEP 3: Hand your return parcel over to the postal service indicated on the return label

    Make sure you send back your parcel via the right postal service: you can find the name of the transporter on the return label. You can find the nearest parcel shop on the website of the postal service.
    Make sure you always receive the proof of shipment and remember to keep it safe. You are responsible for your parcel. SkiWebShop cannot take the responsibility for lost packages.
    As soon as we have received and processed your parcel, you will be informed by email. For the approximate return times check the tabel under the point number 4.

3. Track your return parcel

On the proof of shipment you can find the tracking number. With this number you can easily follow your parcel on its way to us. Go to the website of your postal service to track your return parcel. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will send you an email.
Keep the proof of shipment safely. You are responsible for your parcel SkiWebShop cannot take the responsibility for lost packages.

4. Return costs

Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund orders

We will refund the money to the bank account that you used to pay for your order. You will also receive an email from us.
If you return the entire order, we will refund the entire amount including the standard shipping costs (we do not refund the express delivery costs). We charge some return costs, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. The refund costs are mentioned in section number 4.
Please note that the processing time of your return can take 2-3 working days after receiving the package.
During the winter season it can take a little longer.
If you do not receive the confirmation mail from us within 5 working days (check also your spam box), please contact our Customer Service.

6. Return address

It is also possible to return your items via a different postal service than the one indicated on the return label. Create your own return label and write down the address mentioned below. The shipping costs are at your own expense.
Keep the proof of shipment safe. You are responsible for your parcel. SkiWebShop cannot take the responsibility for lost packages.

7. Returning a defective product

We do our best to deliver undamaged products in their original state. If you received a defective item, please inform our Customer Service about it via the contact form.
Describe the defect and if it is possible please attach the photos. We will contact you within 2 working days to discuss a solution to the problem and further procedure.

8. Returning skis

If you would like to return the skis, please first contact our Customer Service via the contact form. Describe the reason of your return and if it is possible attach a photo.
We will contact you within 2 working days to discuss further procedure.

 

 

You can select up to 5 products
